Monica Davis

Monica Davis joined the KemperSports family and leadership team as regional operations executive in August 2023 to oversee properties in California and Portland, Ore. With nearly three decades of experience working in the golf industry, Monica most recently served as general manager at Rancho La Quinta Country Club, a premier private club in La Quinta, Calif.

Over the course of her career, Monica has primarily worked within golf management companies, including both Invited (ClubCorp) and American Golf, where she served as a general manager across a wide variety of facilities, from executive and municipal courses to high-end, daily-fee courses, destination golf resorts, and full-service country clubs. Additionally, she worked as a regional director where she managed a portfolio of properties in San Diego, Oahu, New York, Orange County, the Bay Area and the Coachella Valley.

Monica’s passion for golf was born from her experience learning the sport from her grandparents. Beyond golf, Monica is an avid traveler, culinary enthusiast and hiking aficionado.
