GolfPass Ranks 16 KemperSports Courses Inside New Top 100 Walking Courses List

Sixteen (16) KemperSports-managed and partner courses were ranked among the Top 100 Walking Courses by GolfPass, a first-of-its-kind ranking of the best public golf courses for walking in the U.S.

To compile the list, the GolfPass editorial team analyzed the walking data from thousands of GolfPass reviews of more than 3,000 courses and reached out to staffs at hundreds more facilities to find and select the best choices. When reviewing a course on GolfPass, golfers are asked “Did you walk?” and they also have the option of checking another box that notes, “This course/club is great for walkers.” To be considered, all courses must be accessible to the public, with other criteria guiding selection including the quality of the golf course, how conducive it is to walking and how welcoming the facility is to walkers.

From its research, the GolfPass editorial team identified and ranked the 25 best, publicly-accessible walking courses in America in order from no. 1 through 25. Beyond the top 25, they offer 75 other great walkable public courses in no particular order from affordable munis to high-end destination resort courses and group them by region.

Among the 16 KemperSports-supported courses featured on GolfPass’ inaugural Top 100 Walking Courses list include:
