Position Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Streamsong team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. Develop and implement new sourcing strategies to recruit staff throughout the year, with emphasis prior to the season. Sourcing and tracking applicants through onboarding and new hire orientation. Designing and updating current job descriptions and ensuring the recruiting procedures are on task.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage selection process from sourcing through onboarding to new hire training
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • Conduct onboarding, new hire orientation, and train managers on recruitment and staffing procedures
  • Train leadership in the recruitment-selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Develop a sustainable hiring plan and strategies for both in-out of season
  • Manage the HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast and metric monthly
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports, plan and maintain employee referral programs
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as talent acquisition/recruitment manager
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator, well-organized
  • Degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field preferred
  • Prefer knowledge of hospitality industry
