Monthly Update - Dec 1
- Final inspections due before the end of the month with expectation that we will start using both the Social House and the Platform Tennis Courts in January
- Working on finalization of the social house space: small wares, furniture, artwork, etc.

In addition to two pickleball courts, four paddle tennis courts, and a brand new cabana bar/bistro kitchen, we will also update the pool surrounds and many common areas in the clubhouse.
