Flanders Valley’s Blue-to-White, or as the regulars call it, the “Inner 18”, is a tree-lined, traditional golf course playing to a par-72 and tipping out at 6,765 yards. This is one of the premier public courses in Northern New Jersey, which calls for all types of shots and can be fairly difficult depending on the pin locations.

Blue-to-White’s signature hole is No. 5, a slight dogleg left 379 yard Par 4 that demands a perfectly placed tee shot. There is a pond on the left which is very much in play staring at you from the tee box. Missing right will have you in the trees as the rolling hills slope away from the narrow fairway. Don’t fret, there are many holes that you will be able to score on!

The seventh hole is a golfer’s dream par 5. The tee shot calls for a ball down the left side if you want to reach the green in two. Missing too far right will force you to lay up because of the trees that creep into the fairway. If you place your ball just over the left fairway bunker, you will have a nice easy downhill shot into a back-front sloping green. Eagle is there for the taking!
