A day in the life
Your position as Sports Facilities Manager is is critical to the overall success and management of our state-of-the-art facility.
Insports Centers’ front desk is the hub of our facility. The front desk is where customers look for program and facility information to enroll their children or themselves. It is the first impression all new and existing customers receive when they walk through our doors.
Schedule:

  • Full-time or part-time
  • 8-hour shift Monday-Friday 4 pm-1 am
  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively resolving and addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  • Answering the phone before the second ring, answers any customer questions and thoroughly takes a message for more in depth questions.
  • Learning our booking software system to effectively take registrations for all programs, book birthday parties and rentals.
  • Understanding the facilities programs and helping drive business through sales.
  • Maintaining solid program knowledge and awareness of all program information throughout the year.
  • Accurately and efficiently completing all sales transactions through our software and POS systems.
  • Conducting facility checks throughout the night our fields, courts, kitchen, bar and lobby area.
  • Effectively reconciling the cash and credit card payments at the end of the shift.
  • Sending out a nightly report to all upper management staff to recap the activity.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone that provides outstanding customer service to all customers and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The person in this position needs to be able to able to work independently and in a team environment. Also, it is essential for this person to have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

  • Customer service experience required.
  • University degree preferred in Sport Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or Facility Operations.
