Located in the north side Chicago suburb of Glenview, The Glen Club is a world-class daily fee golf club with corporate memberships. Responsibilities
- Ensuring the correct preparation and execution of all menu items.
- Working on a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, oven.
- Reviewing and executing prep lists.
- Cleanliness and organization of coolers and work area.
Looking for Part-time or full time, Seasonal or Regular (year-round)
Qualifications
- Ability to read and execute a recipe.
- 1 or more years culinary experience
- Clear and effective communicator with staff members and/or customers.
- Team player
- Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. constantly.
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations
