Position Summary:

Provides informal fast food and beverage service in the clubhouse snack bar. Provides on-course food and beverage service to golfers in accordance with customer service.  Maintains cleanliness and sanitation according to company standards.  Implements controls to ensure that Food and Beverage operations run efficiently.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide food and beverage service in accordance with the menu and company quality standards.
  • Provide food and beverage service to golfers on the course in accordance with the food and drink menu and company quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, and production, storeroom, service areas and beverage cart.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverage products as appropriate.
  • Maintain adequate display of garnishes and condiments on “self-serve” basis.
  • Receive supplies from vendors and ensure proper transfer and storage.
  • Comply with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other laws/requirements.
  • Ensure the required end of shift reports and shift checklists are consistently used.
  • Work with F& B Manager to monitor daily operation to ensure that financial goals are attained.
  • Ensure the beverage cart is operating properly. Report malfunctions to supervisor as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as appropriate.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school preferred.
  • No experience necessary
  • On time and as scheduled a must.
  • Demonstrated quality interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including evenings/weekends.
  • Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
