Official Contest Rules – Cypress Head Golf Club Golf Satisfaction Survey Giveaway

Sponsor: Cypress Head Golf Club is the “Sponsor” of the contest.

Prize: A $100 gift card for use at Cypress Head Golf Club.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility: The contest (the “Contest”) is open only to those who complete the Cypress Head Golf Club Golf Satisfaction Survey. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The contest is open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of KemperSports Management, LLC, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding regarding the Contest.

Contest Period: Contest entries for completing the Cypress Head Golf Club Golf Satisfaction Survey may be submitted from December 5, 2024, through December 12, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by completing the Cypress Head Golf Club Golf Satisfaction Survey. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may enter only once, and you must complete all required information. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card for use at Cypress Head Golf Club, with an approximate retail value of $100. The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including any federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize must be redeemed through Sponsor by December 31, 2025. Additional terms and restrictions may apply.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each participant who completes the Cypress Head Golf Club Golf Satisfaction Survey is eligible to receive one (1) entry.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing among eligible entries, conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor, on or about December 19, 2024. The winner will be notified via email within approximately ten (10) days following the drawing. Sponsor shall not be liable for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or incorrect contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within three (3) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly, from (i) participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, (iii) unauthorized human intervention, or (iv) electronic or human error in administration of the Contest.

Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and Florida without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and any causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida.
