A day in the life 
You will provide informal fast food and beverage service in the grill and order supplies and implements controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other costs are achieved.
You will also maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to company standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and serve all required food items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, and production, storeroom, service and other areas.
• Ensuring that required income, cost control and inventory procedures are consistently used.
• Providing adequate display of garnishes and condiments on “self-serve” basis.
• Complying with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other laws/requirements.
• Inspecting club facility to ensure that sanitation, safety, energy management, preventive maintenance and other programs are in place in area(s) of responsibility.
• Preparing and serve food and beverage products as appropriate.
• Setting up service units and prep cook station with needed items. Maintain and break down as appropriate.
• Covering, dating and neatly storing all leftover products that are re-usable.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who provides a professional manner and appearance in all situations.

• High school or equivalent
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including evenings/weekends.
