National Golf Foundation Recognizes Nine KemperSports Courses with Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards
KemperSports Takes Top Honors in Both Course Categories for Second Straight Year
Nine KemperSports courses were recognized by the National Golf Foundation with GolfSAT Customer Satisfaction Awards. For the second straight year, both The Jewel Golf Club (Lake City, MN) and Sand Creek Station (Newton, KS) earned the nation’s top ranking for overall customer loyalty in the premium public course category and standard/value course category, respectively.
The GolfSAT platform, used by more than 1,000 U.S. golf facilities since its inception, is a golfer satisfaction survey that enables participating courses to compare satisfaction measures against benchmarks of similarly-priced properties nationwide. GolfSAT provides operators with feedback on the overall customer golf experience, from course conditioning, pricing, pace of play, service and more, to the likelihood that golfers will recommend that course to others.
Joining The Jewel Golf Club as award winners in the premium course category were the KemperSports teams at Chambers Bay (University Place, WA), Rancho Solano Golf Course (Fairfield, CA) and Cantigny Golf (Wheaton, IL).
In addition, this year marked the 14th time Sand Creek Station was recognized by the NGF as the country’s No. 1 standard and/or value course for customer satisfaction. Rounding out the category was KemperSports-managed The Wilderness at Lake Jackson (Lake Jackson, TX), Nemadji Golf Course (Superior, WI), Skyway Golf Course at Lincoln Park West (Jersey City, NJ) and Buenaventura Golf Course (Ventura, CA).

NGF’s GolfSAT also allows golf course operators to evaluate ongoing satisfaction at their facility, enables management companies to compare results across a portfolio of courses, and helps marketing directors create programs, services and promotions based on the results.
