Staffer Spotlight: Dariel Farin

The KemperSports family is made up of outstanding and dedicated professionals who have a deep passion for sports, service and people. Today, we’re proud to shine a light on Dariel Farin, marketing director at both Moselem Springs Golf Club (Fleetwood, PA)and The Club at Twin Lakes (Allentown, PA).

Dariel Farin’s love for the hospitality industry dates back to her high school days and first job working as a hostess. It was there where she became drawn to the collective team drive that exists to go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional guest experience, whether at a restaurant, event space, or now in her current role, a golf course. This experience led her to pursue a degree in event management and commercial recreation.

Upon graduation, she started her career at a floral design company and then switched gears working as an event planner for a catering company before finally breaking into the golf industry as a social media coordinator. This role had her overseeing five social media accounts, managing websites and crafting guest communications and set her on a path to her current role of managing director for Moselem Springs and The Club at Twin Lakes, two of KemperSports’ 2022 additions.

If she had to use one word to describe her favorite part of working at KemperSports, she’d choose “family.”

“I love that each staffer strives to lift each other up and supports one another like family,” she said. “We are truly one big family, and it’s my teammates that make me want to come back to work each day and provide one-of-a-kind experiences for our members and guests.”

Her main advice to those following in her footsteps and pursuing a career in the hospitality industry: enjoy it.

“The ups and downs are all part of the experience, and at the end of the day are what makes working in this industry so rewarding.”

Through her current role, Dariel has been able to play a part in serving the local community, something that continues to fuel her career aspirations of a regional support role overseeing multiple properties. She’s always looking to add value, whether it’s helping her teammates learn new skills or addressing customer’s changing needs and preferences, and for her, continuing to do that “sounds like the dream.”
