National Golf Foundation Recognizes Nine KemperSports Properties with Customer Satisfaction Awards
KemperSports sweeps top honors in both pricing categories for public courses
Nine KemperSports-managed golf properties were recognized by the National Golf Foundation with GolfSAT Customer Satisfaction Awards. The Jewel Golf Club (Lake City, MN) earned the top ranking in the premium public course category, while Sand Creek Station (Newton, KS) was recognized for the 13th time as the nation’s No. 1 standard and/or value course in overall customer loyalty.
KemperSports-managed Cantigny Golf (Wheaton, IL), Heron Glen Golf Course (Ringoes, NJ), Golden Horseshoe Golf Club (Williamsburg, VA) and Chambers Bay (University Place, WA) were the runners-up in the premium course category.

The GolfSAT platform, used by more than 1,000 U.S. golf facilities since its inception, is a golfer satisfaction survey that enables participating courses to compare satisfaction measures against benchmarks of similarly-priced properties nationwide. GolfSAT provides operators with feedback on the overall customer golf experience, from course conditioning, pricing, pace of play, service and more, to the likelihood that golfers will recommend that course to others.
NGF’s GolfSAT also allows golf course operators to evaluate ongoing satisfaction at their facility, enables management companies to compare results across a portfolio of courses, and helps marketing directors create programs, services and promotions based on the results.
