Edward A. Snyder Appointed to Board of Directors for KemperSports, KemperLesnik
NORTHBROOK, ILLINOIS, February 4, 2020 – Edward A. Snyder, recently retired Dean of the Yale School of Management, has been elected to the Board of Directors of KemperSports, operator of over 125 golf destinations, clubs and courses across America, and KemperLesnik, a leading Midwest based diversified marketing company.
Dr. Snyder, who currently serves on the faculty at Yale, was formerly the Dean of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. During his tenure, the Graduate School of Business received its largest donation in history and changed its name to the Booth School of Business. Under Dr. Snyder’s deanship, the Booth School of Business rose to be ranked as the number one business school in America.
Prior to that, Dr. Snyder served as Dean of the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is a noted international economist.

Dr. Snyder joins Steve Raab, president of SportsNet New York (SNY), and Allan J. Reich, chairman of the board of the Oakmark family of domestic and international mutual funds and a prominent Chicago attorney, as an independent member of the Board of Directors.
