KemperSports Properties Earn High Marks for Customer Satisfaction, Take Home National Golf Foundation Loyalty Awards

Sand Creek Station, Heron Glen Golf Course receive top spots in respective categories

 

NORTHBROOK, Ill., May 16, 2019 – Seven KemperSports properties were honored with a National Golf Foundation (NGF) Loyalty Award, which recognizes facilities with the highest customer satisfaction index scores. Sand Creek Station in Newton, Kansas, won the top spot in the “less than $70” green fee category and Heron Glen Golf Course in Ringoes, New Jersey, took first place in the “more than $70” green fee category. This marks the eleventh consecutive year that Sand Creek Station has won this award and the first time that Heron Glen Golf Course has been awarded the top spot.

• Top-5 overall – Golden Horseshoe Golf Club – Williamsburg, Virginia
• Top-5 overall – Desert Willow Golf Resort – Palm Desert, California
• Top-5 overall – Butterfield Trail Golf Club – El Paso, Texas

Less than $70 category:

• Winner – Sand Creek Station Golf Club – Newton, Kansas
• Top-5 overall – Skyway Golf Course – Jersey City, New Jersey

NGF Loyalty Award winners are determined by the results of the foundation’s Golfer Survey Program. The survey is distributed to each property’s customer database to gauge satisfaction and value.
